Delete a database
1) If the database to delete is still open, close the database:
a) Select the 'Window' menu and select the name of the database to activate its Database Window.
b) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Close'.
2) Open Windows Explorer:
a) Choose the 'Start' button to display the Windows 'Start' menu.
b) Select 'Programs' from the 'Start' menu. (A submenu opens.)
c) Select 'Windows Explorer' from the submenu. (The Exploring window appears.)
3) Locate the database file to delete:
a) Select the drive where the database file is located.
b) Select the folder that contains the file. (The database file appears in the Exploring window.)
NOTE: If the file is in a subfolder, continue selecting the folder(s) until the database file is displayed.)
4) Select the database file. (The file is highlighted.)
5) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Delete'. (The Confirm File Delete dialog box appears.)
6) Choose the 'Yes' button to confirm the deletion. (The database is deleted.)
